Panmure Golf Club
St Andrews, Scotland
Golf Club Overview
The course dates back to the late 1890s and has hosted Open qualifying events over the years.
Panmure is a superb championship golf course and as such it has an array of magnificent holes and challenges, demonstrated by ‘Hogan's Bunker’ on the sixth hole which is well-positioned to gather any errant shots. The signature par-5 14th hole or ‘Lucky Daddy’ features a railway line adjacent to the fairway on the right-hand side and requires a well placed second shot to provide the best opportunity at attacking the tight green. As well as being an awesome golf course, Panmure is steeped in history and deserves a visit while on a golf trip to Scotland.
