Walk in the footsteps of Ryder Cup legends when staying at the luxurious K Club. Set amongst the beautiful countryside of County Kildare, The K Club welcomes you to a grand Irish country retreat offering two magnificent championship golf courses, stunning bedrooms and suites, plenty of dining options and a plethora of outdoor activities.

The K Club

Home to the Palmer North Course, famed for Europe lifting the Ryder Cup in 2006 and the Palmer South Course, renowned for hosting many European Tour events, these two courses were built with tournaments in mind. Don’t let that put you off though, both courses offer a thrilling round whilst being a real test of your golfing ability.

Off the course, The K Club has 140 bedrooms and suites each with individual décor and well-appointed en suites, including a separate shower and soaking tub. Head down to the superb spa facilities and relax at your heart's content with a range of quality treatments and in addition, take advantage of the various restaurants including the elegant Barton Restaurant, or for a more casual environment, the Henry Lounge.

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort

Set in the beautiful countryside between the Wicklow Mountains and the Irish Sea, Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is five-star luxury at its best. Experience the finest Irish hospitality once you walk through the door and indulge in what the resort has to offer; two fantastic championship courses, the Druids Glen Course and the Druids Heath Course.

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort

Home of the Irish Open for multiple years, the Druids Glen Course is also known as the ‘Augusta of Europe’, which speaks for itself. The Druids Heath is the perfect contrast to its big sister course, with a mixture of heathland and links, as well as beautiful panoramic scenes of the Irish Sea and Wicklow Mountains.

The resort also offers 144 fully kitted bedrooms, superb leisure facilities including an indoor pool overlooking the Druids Heath first tee, a fitness suite, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and health spa. A favourite dining option among guests and locals is the Druids Brasserie, where visitors enjoy a modern menu featuring the very best of the local Wicklow produce, in a bright and spacious atmosphere.

Carton House

Carton House, A Fairmont Managed Hotel located only 30 minutes from Dublin, is a golf experience completely reimagined. Designed by their namesakes, the two fantastic championship courses, the O’Meara and the Montgomerie will have you playing in a breath-taking backdrop whilst following in the footsteps of golfing greats. Whilst the Montgomerie is considered a more ‘inland links’ and the O’Meara more parkland, the golf will leave you coming off the course wondering which one you enjoyed best.

Carton House

There are also several dining experiences to enjoy, including The Linden Tree, Kitchen Bar and The Coach House all offering a true taste of Ireland. Relax in comfort in one of the 147 luxurious bedrooms available, which are equipped with all the modern amenities you’ll need. For non-golfers or guests who are looking to unwind off the course, The Spa at Carton House Hotel is the perfect option offering extreme serenity and tranquillity with a selection of Darphin treatments available.

Knightsbrook Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort

Perfectly situated in the charming Irish county of Meath, Knightsbrook Hotel, Golf & Spa boasts an impressive championship golf course designed by the late Ryder Cup legend, Christy O’Connor Jnr. Measuring at 7,200 yards, this mature parkland offers unique challenges along the way with a contemporary designed clubhouse to relax at following your round.

Knightsbrook Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort

All individually designed with style and luxury in mind, the accommodation offers deluxe en-suite bathrooms, towelling robes, 24-hour service, wi-fi, and much more to ensure comfort throughout your stay. Take your relaxation even further and step into the Knightsbrook Hotel’s award-winning Holistic Thai Spa, with its array of rejuvenating treatments on offer.

The hotel also provides a wide selection of lounges and bars, ranging from casual to high end whilst maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking to venture outside the resort, Dublin is only 30 minutes away, where the vibrant city boasts a wide selection of restaurants and a thriving nightlife, with Temple Bar always delivering for a good night out.

Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links

A truly outstanding venue. Located on one of Ireland’s most stunning stretches of coastline, ‘The Velvet Strand’, Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links holds a world-class links course, an award-winning Spa, and superb bars and restaurants, making this certainly a golf break to remember.

On-site, the Jameson Golf Links is located on the rugged peninsula over the Irish Sea making a mesmerising round from start to finish. Opened in 1995, the links blends into the surrounding dunes to deliver a layout that will satisfy even the most serious of golf purists.

Guests can choose from a range of superior, deluxe, family rooms or suites, all decorated with a theme to integrate the natural environment. After enduring prevailing ocean breezes on the course, sit back and relax at the Spa which also features a sauna and a gym to keep you occupied.

Make sure to take advantage of the excellent dining options, including the leisurely Jameson Bar in the old house, perfect to soak in the history of the Jameson Whiskey dynast. Additionally, the Seaview Bar is perfect for light meals and snacks, or we’d recommended feasting at The 1780 Brasserie, with quality local cuisine.

Fota Island Resort

Situated within the beautiful surroundings of the East Cork countryside, at Fota Island Resort guests have the option of playing three different on-site courses whilst having access to luxurious accommodation and fantastic amenities at their fingertips. The 123 modern en-suite bedrooms and eight lavish penthouse suites all include panoramic views of the stunning courses available.

Fota Island Resort

All maintained to the highest of standards year-round, the Deerpark, Belvelly and Barryscourt courses come as no surprise as being three-time hosts to the Irish Open. A true test of championship quality, all three courses are bound to impress you from start to finish. In addition, the likes of Cork Golf Club, Water Rock and historic Old Head Links are all within driving distance from the resort.
