The beauty of Majorca’s golf

Although the island of Majorca is better known for its laddish nightlife scene, golf in Majorca is fast-becoming more recognised by the wider golfing community.

What makes Majorca special is the unique natural beauty of the island which is perfectly captured on its many golf courses. You can lay up on the backdrop of some truly breathtaking scenery, which is what the island is all about.

Pula Golf Course, although being a young golf course, has already gained significant repute and accolades as one of the island’s best. Designed by Francisco Segales, the course is characterised by its flat wide fairways and raised greens surrounded by many tricky hazards, a real treat for all those who play it.

Capdepera Golf Course takes significant influence from classic US golf architecture which is unsurprising when you learn its designer was American Dan Maples. It's characterised by its large fairways and large greens where both raw power and course placement are essential to scoring well.
