Restaurant & Bars
For dining, there are 2 options. 1236 @ The Cave Bar serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner from 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. The focus is on informal and social small plate dining, inspired by ingredients that are local to the hotel. It also boasts a terrace for outdoor dining in the warmer months. The name signifies when the manor house was built, with this part of the building being a larder and storeroom.
Pineapple Restaurant is in the main Dining Room with a fireplace and views out to the golf course. Historically, the pineapple symbolizes welcome, friendship and great hospitality – which sums up the vibe in the 2 Red Rosette restaurant perfectly. The menu brings together the best fresh seafood and meat, which is sourced from three locally renowned Aberdeenshire butchers.
