While our sales agents here at Golfbreaks are always happy to call you and assist you with any matter concerning your booking, one of the quickest and easiest way of managing your golf break is by doing it through our online booking portal.

You not only have 24/7 access to all the information regarding your break, but from here you can view your quotes, update guest details, make payments, view package itineraries, or proceed to the booking stage if you have been provided with a quote. You’ll also receive exclusive member offers and get rewarded with breakpoints every time you book with us.

Below we have created a short guide on how to access and navigate the online booking portal to manage your golf break.

Logging into the portal

  • You can login to our online portal here, however you must be a member to gain access. Becoming a member is completely free and comes with lots of great benefits and rewards.

  • If you’re registered with us, but not a full member, simply enter your email on the login page and follow the steps to create a password.

  • If you do not have an account at all with us, we will ask you to fill out a quick registration form then you can become fully self-sufficient online, viewing, comparing and responding to your quotes online.

  • Remember you can still view your quotes or booking summary online even if you do not have a member login. Simply follow the link sent to you in the email, or your group leader can share this with you.

Navigating from the homepage

  • Once you log in, you’ll be directed to the homepage where you can view a summary of all your quotes and bookings made with us.

  • As you can see, the navigation tabs are at the top, then below these are the links to all your live quotes and bookings.

  • From this page you can also update your account details, visit our Facebook and Twitter pages, view any breakpoints earned or pending, and visit our coronavirus travel updates page.

  • To view, remove, request a change, or respond to quotes, simply click on the ‘QUOTES’ tab at the top.

  • Here you will be able to see which sales agent provided you with the quote, along with their contact number and your package description.

  • If you have had time to consider the quote and are ready to proceed with your booking, you can click ‘BOOK PACKAGE’, and you will be directed to the ‘How to book’ page. On this page you can send the agent a message or call directly. The sales agent will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible. Or you can request a call back for a time that suits you.
  • If you would like to remove any quotes due to being offered a better price, the sales agent will be alerted that the package has been deleted and may be able to match this, so don’t forget to provide feedback in comment box as to why you are removing the quote.

  • It should be noted that quotes are only valid for 7 days, however you can always click ‘renew quote’ where the expiry warning is. The agent will be notified of this and will then send you a confirmation of the renewal.

  • As shown below, you can view a breakdown of your quote, including travel dates, price, courses, booking notes, hotels, and any travel extras.

  • If you’re travelling to the EU or further afield, the sales agent may also quote you for car hire, flights, Eurotunnel, or ferry, which can also be viewed on this page.

  • If you have not asked us for travel quotes, we will provide you with two options by default. We provide links to Skyscanner and to our affiliate car hire page from here, so you can get an idea on pricing.

  • There is a ‘How to book’ section at the bottom of this page which you may also find useful.

  • You can also customise the name of your quote at the top of the page and rename it to something more suitable for you and your group. For example ‘La Manga trip’.

  • To gain access to a snippet or summary of your booking or bookings, simply click on the ‘BOOKINGS’ tab at the top.

  • This page allows you to view details about your break and any tasks that you may need to follow-up, including settling your balance or rooming lists that need added.

  • Should you choose to make a payment you can do so here, and you can share this link with other members of your group should they also need to make a payment.

  • For a full breakdown of your booking, you can simply click ‘view booking’ which will take you to the relevant page so that you can view your full Package.

  • From here, again you can make a payment, print a summary of your booking, or ask us a question about your booking. Simply send us a message or call our team direct and the relevant sales agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If you need to add rooming lists you can do so by clicking the link on the right-hand side. This will direct you to the rooming list page where you enter the names of each guest as shown below.
  • From the drop-down menus you can view resort or hotel information, the courses you’ll be playing at, rounds of golf included in your package, payment history as well as important notes from the venue.
  • Important supplier information where applicable will be shown under the “Notes from Venue” Accordion. You may be provided with golf course information, tee times, hotel facilities, or check-in times to name a few.

  • If you have dinner booked at the venue, the details will also be shown here.

  • For those travelling to the EU or further afield, you can also access all travel details under the ‘Travel Accordian’, including flights, Eurotunnel details and any transfers or car hires you may have booked with us.

More information

  • More information about your venue and directions can be found using the My Golf and My Accommodation tabs when navigating your booking. Here you can find information about what’s available at your venue such as Spa facilities, Gym & much more...

  • From the ‘ACCOUNT’ tab at the top, you can update or change your account details, including your name, address, email address, phone number or password.
  • If you wish to provide us with more information about yourself as a golfer, including whether you’re a member of club or how often you play, you can do so on the ‘My Golf profile’ page.
  • To view a full summary of your breakpoints including everything you used or earned, and what this equates to in pounds, simply click ‘My Breakpoints’. Whatever has been redeemed or if any have expired, this will be shown here.
  • You can also update us with your communication preferences, opting in or out of marketing tools. You can opt In to receive seasonal emails, brochures, and offers via SMS as well as occasional phone calls, by simply click yes or no. If you do opt in to brochure, don’t forget to make sure you have saved your most up-to-date address under your account details.
