Sunriver Resort located 15 miles south of Bend, OR is set against the stunning Cascade Mountain Range and the scenery surrounding this property is breath-taking. Crosswater: A heathland-style Robert Cupp design that gets its name from the rivers that flow throughout the course, Crosswater covers 600 acres of scenic woodland and carefully preserved wetlands. Honored by Golf Digest as one of ‘America’s 100 Greatest Courses’, it is a beautiful place to play.
Meadows: Designed by acclaimed architect and former US Amateur Champion John Fought, this layout has played host to numerous USGA and NCAA championships. Seven holes run adjacent to Sun River and with Mount Bachelor as its backdrop the scenery is magnificent. Featuring bentgrass tees and greens and Fought's tactical bunkering, the Meadows course serves up a challenge for all.
Woodlands: Consistently ranked as one of the best in the Northwest, this Robert Trent Jones Jr designed course is a must-play. Featuring dense forests of Ponderosa and Lodgepole Pine, rock outcrops and numerous water hazards, the Woodlands course places a premium on club selection and accuracy. Superb conditioning and a fantastic setting only add its attraction.
Sunriver Lodge Village: Described as ‘distinguished yet casual’ the Lodge Village guestrooms offer an array of comfortable amenities, a private deck or balcony & a cozy fireplace. Situated just a short walk from the main Lodge and Cove Pool, they are a great choice for your Sunriver experience. Lodge Villa Suites are also available and can sleep up to six guests.
Sunriver River Lodges: The River Lodges offer stunning views of the Cascade Mountains and are in touching distance of the main Lodge and Great Hall. All come with a stone wall gas fireplace, private deck or balcony and numerous upscale amenities. River Lodge Suites are available, and offer a two-way fireplace, built in entertainment center with a king bed on one side and a queen sofa sleeper on the other.

There are numerous options at Sunriver from fine cuisine to grab-&-go bites. Inside and outside dining is available during the summer season and the views are there to enjoy. Carson’s American Kitchen, Twisted River Tavern and the Grille at Crosswater are just a few to check out. And with the town of Bend just a short drive away, you’ll find an abundance of breweries, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment on the doorstep.
On Site Activities
Off the golf course, there is plenty to keep you active. Enjoy pickleball, yoga classes, horse-back riding, biking, kayaking, indoor/outdoor tennis and much more. Alternatively, take it easy and head to Sage Springs Spa.

When to Visit
June to September is the best time to visit Sunriver Resort for a golf vacation.
The weather starts to warm up in April but it’s not really until mid-May that you’d like to be golfing when average highs are 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideally, the summer into September is the time to be on the courses. Warm, not hot would be the best description with no humidity. Temperatures peak in July with a very pleasant average high of 82 degrees F.
