Pine Course
at McCormick Ranch Golf Club
Scottsdale, USA
Pine Course overview
The stunning par-72 course at McCormick Ranch Golf Club is set in mature pines and offers a more narrow test to its sibling course, the Palm. Designed by Desmond Muirhead, known for building golf holes shaped like mermaids, fish, and other symbolic shapes. The track measures a mighty 7,187 yards with some great tee shots with stunning views of the mountains and Arizona. While enjoying the 18-hole course, you will have to steer clear of the water on a third of the holes.
The course has played host to numerous tournaments and is famed for its great practice facilities that include one of the largest putting greens in the Southwest, two chipping areas with practice bunkers, and a driving range.
Signature Holes
There are many fantastic holes to choose from on the Pine Course, a stand out is the 15th on par 72. The no. 1 handicap hole is a long par 4 that also plays over water to the landing area on the fairway while offering some stunning views.
