Designed by renowned American golf architect Rocky Roquemore, based on the original plans of Sir Henry Cotton, the Royal Course opened in 1997. Compared to its sister course, the Ocean Course, the Royal offers greater length and a tougher test of golf with more bunkers and water hazards to navigate.
