Golf Course Overview

The Lake Course and the Links Course are the two championship layouts at Grand National. Meanwhile, the Short Course’s collection of 18 par-3 holes should not be overlooked, with over half the holes playing along the lake.

The Lake Course is known for its par-3 collection, with the 15th playing to an island green. The Links Course has what might be considered the toughest finishing hole on the Trail as the par-4 eighteenth requires two separate carries over water.

Signature Holes

The par-3 15th hole at the Lake Course features an island green and from the tips plays 230 yards. Be sure to consider the swirling winds when selecting your club.

Lake Course

A former PGA TOUR site and part of the famed Robert Trent Jones Trail, the Lake Course is an 18-hole par-72 design that measures 7,289 yards from the tips. 12 of the holes on this layout play along the shores of Lake Saugahatchee. The grouping of par-3 holes here are easily able to be considered among the best in the country. Lakefront views and tree-lined fairways await you here while you take on the iconic RTJ Trail.

Links Course

The second layout to be built at Grand National, the Links Course is a great complement to its sister the Lake Course. The Links features several doglegs, plenty of water and marsh areas waiting to punish wayward shots and tiered greens, meaning a score of par is considered a good round. The par-4 18th hole is considered one of the best and most challenging finishing holes on the Robert Trent Jones Trail, with two forced carries over water required to hit the green in two.
