All-inclusive golf holidays are one of the most stress-free and rewarding ways to travel. With everything bundled into a single package, accommodation, dining, drinks, and your tee times, it’s easy to focus on what matters most: playing incredible golf and enjoying your downtime.
This guide answers the most common questions we get about all-inclusive golf holidays to help you prepare for your next golf trip.
What are the best destinations for an all-inclusive golf holiday?
The best destination really depends on the kind of experience you’re looking for. Here are some of the top choices:
Beachside escapes:
- Mauritius – luxury resorts and tropical championship golf
- Caribbean (e.g. Dominican Republic, Barbados) – island vibes with stunning all-inclusive golf resorts
- Belek (Turkey) – world-class value with a huge concentration of all-inclusive resorts and courses along the Mediterranean coast
Sun-soaked European favourites:
- Algarve (Portugal) – Albufeira and Vilamoura offer golf, nightlife, and coastal charm
- Costa del Sol (Spain) – packed with famous courses and lively resorts like Marbella
- Tenerife (Canary Islands) – Playa de las Américas combines year-round sun with great golf
Culture & golf combined:
- Marrakech (Morocco) – golf with a backdrop of souks, mountains, and historic sights
- Cyprus – excellent courses plus beaches, archaeological sites, and Mediterranean lifestyle
- Madeira – dramatic scenery, unique culture, and high-quality golf
Long-haul adventures:
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi (UAE) – luxury, sunshine, and desert golf paired with incredible attractions
- Mexico (Cancún & Riviera Maya) – Caribbean waters, Mayan culture, and all-inclusive convenience

Do all-inclusive packages include golf?
All our advertised options on the website, including all-inclusive accommodation, will also be packaged with golf rounds. The number of rounds will be stated within the package. Extras, such as buggies and transfers, are venue dependent – it’s best to check with our expert agents!
What kinds of all-inclusive golf holidays are available?
There are several types of all-inclusive golf holidays to suit different preferences and budgets:
- Budget all-inclusive golf holidays – Perfect for value-seekers, these packages include accommodation, meals, and golf, offering a stress-free break that’s easy on the wallet without compromising the experience.
- Luxury all-inclusive golf holidays – Ideal for those wanting to indulge, these feature upscale resorts with spas, fine dining, and championship golf courses for a truly premium getaway.
- Adults-only all-inclusive golf holidays – Tailored for grown-ups looking to relax in a peaceful setting, these resorts provide a calm atmosphere without the hustle and bustle.
- Semi all-inclusive golf holidays – A flexible option that typically includes breakfast, dinner, and evening drinks, giving you freedom during the day while still enjoying great value.

What is a semi all-inclusive golf holiday?
A semi all-inclusive golf holiday, or as we like to call it, a “golfers’ all-inclusive”, is designed specifically with golfers in mind. Instead of covering every single meal and drink, this package typically includes breakfast, dinner, and evening drinks. That means you’re fully fuelled for your morning round and can look forward to winding down with a relaxed dinner and drinks in the evening.
The difference? Lunch is left flexible. Many golfers prefer to eat at the clubhouse, halfway house, or on the course itself rather than returning to the hotel. Semi all-inclusive gives you the freedom to do just that, while still enjoying the value and convenience of an inclusive package where it matters most.
What do all-inclusive golf holidays include?
No two all-inclusive hotels are the same and we recommend discussing the details with your Golf Travel Expert. Most all-inclusive resorts and hotels will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks (sometimes subject to times), however, there are usually limitations on drinks - house wines, local beers, soft drinks, tea & coffee tend to be included, but cocktails and spirits may carry supplementary costs on-site.
Please check which food and beverages fall outside of the permitted inclusion for your chosen venue. Golf will be included in your package and the number of rounds will be advertised on the package details.
What are the benefits of an all-inclusive golf holiday?
Not much can match the value for money of an all-inclusive golf holiday. Although it may seem like you’re paying more when initially booking your package, you will end up spending a lot less once you’re on-site.
There are no dangers of tourist traps, they’re hassle-free and you can leave your wallet at home (although probably worth taking it… just in case).

Can I include non-golfers in my holiday?
Yes, you can book a trip with non-golfers; many resorts offer activities, spa facilities, excursions, and amenities for non-golfing companions. Please make a note on the enquiry form, or alternatively inform your Golf Travel Expert before booking.
Are tee times pre-booked in all-inclusive golf holidays?
Yes, most packages include pre-booked tee times to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
When is the best time to go on an all-inclusive golf holiday?
If you’re imagining relaxing on a sunbed with a cocktail in hand, the best time to travel throughout Europe (Spain, Portugal, Turkey) would be June or September. A great time to bag a bargain is in the lower season months, such as November and March.
Further afield destinations such as Mauritius and the Caribbean are ideal during their shoulder season, which includes spring and autumn. This ensures you get great value for money whilst also getting the best of the weather.
Do I need a handicap certificate to play on these holidays?
Some courses require proof of handicap, while others are more relaxed. It’s worth checking with your Golf Travel Expert before booking.
Sirene Belek
Can I customise my all-inclusive golf holiday package?
Yes, our packages are flexible. Consult with your Golf Travel Expert to tailor everything to your specific needs.
Are all-inclusive golf holidays suitable for beginners?
Definitely, we can help you select beginner-friendly courses with access to practice areas.
Are children allowed on all-inclusive golf holidays?
Yes, many all-inclusive golf resorts are family-friendly and welcome children. These resorts often feature kids’ clubs, pools, dedicated play areas, and family-focused activities alongside the golf facilities. Some even offer junior golf academies or beginner lessons, making them ideal for families where not everyone is a seasoned golfer.
That said, a few resorts are adults-only, designed for couples or groups seeking a quieter atmosphere. When booking, just let us know your preferences and we’ll recommend the best option to suit your trip.
Final thoughts
Whether you’re chasing championship courses, family-friendly resorts, or luxurious five-star retreats, an all-inclusive package ensures your golf holiday is seamless from start to finish. All that’s left is to pack your clubs, bring your appetite, and enjoy the perfect mix of golf and relaxation.
