El Rompido North Course
Designed by Alvaro Arana, a much-celebrated Spanish golf course architect, Rompido’s second layout has, like its illustrious sister course, utilised the protected and peaceful marshes. Accuracy is the key throughout the round but more so from the tee on the front nine and from the fairway on the back. As it was only opened in 2006, the North Course offers a modern challenge which will require golfers to combine distance with precision – intelligent play is essential.
El Rompido South Course
Presenting an engaging mix of classic wooded parkland – with pine trees and orange groves to the fore – and protected marshland, there are many spectacular views on offer not least from the pontoon that carries you over the marsh between the 17th and 18th holes. Opened in 2003, this excellent course was immediately hailed as yet another gem in Costa de la Luz and also offers a golf school, two chipping greens, a putting green, a wedge range and a driving range.

"Very good five-star hotel with two great courses on-site. Superb value for money on half board with a semi-all-inclusive option which is also very popular. Good food as well for a half-board buffet which isn't always the case at a half-board hotel!"
