No.12 Hotel and Bistro is ideally situated in the center of North Berwick, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants, and just 50 yards from the beach. This family-owned and operated property has 11 recently refurbished guestrooms along with an excellent bistro-style restaurant onsite and is the perfect base from which to enjoy the many fantastic links courses along Scotland’s Golf Coast.

There are two great courses in North Berwick, the famous West Links and the Glen Club, as well as the big names of Muirfield and Gullane nearby, and multiple hidden gems such as Luffness New, Kilspindie, Dunbar and Craigielaw. You are spoilt for choice along Scotland’s Golf Coast.

There are 11 bedrooms at No.12 which have all been recently refurbished and include en suite bath or shower rooms, plasma TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is included each morning with your stay.

The onsite Bistro restaurant has a modern, warm and comfortable feel, serving excellent fresh and local produce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, and the hotel bar is located here too.
