Avery Ranch Golf Course offers the perfect Hill Country golf experience, with Andy Raugust's design of rolling fairways, combined with panoramic views across the property. The oak-lined fairways offer a challenge from tee to green. With a choice of five tee boxes to play from, all golfers will be tested according to their ability. At over 7,100-yards from the back tees, long and straight driving is rewarded, although, with several hazards, that task is harder than it sounds.

The greens at Avery Ranch are some of the best putting surfaces in Austin. The front 9 provides a stern test to all players, with the signature dogleg 7th hole, containing some of the best views on the course. The back 9 provides a mixture of risk & reward holes that will benefit a more aggressive strategy. The 477-yard par-4 18th offers tremendous views of the Texas Hill Country and Lake Avery, providing an idyllic finish to a superb course. It is no wonder that it was voted “Best finishing hole in central Texas” by Avid Golfer Magazine.

Signature Hole

The par-4 7th is widely recognized as the signature hole at Avery Ranch. It doglegs from right to left and features two scenic carries and some of the best views on the course. The approach is played to a multi-tiered green with a rock wall guarding the front and native cacti to the rear.

The par-3 13th hole is also a big favorite, with both water and a unique rock formation to the right of the green.
