Top destinations

Getting there

For both Pattaya and Hua Hin, fly to Bangkok from London, which is approximately 11hrs. Or fly to Phuket with a stop-over in Dubai for a multi-stay holiday adventure.

When to go

Thailand has a tropical climate with high levels of humidity. The best time to travel is between November and March in order to avoid the hot rainy seasons of March to May and June to October.

Bangkok

Play at top PGA championship golf courses in Bangkok, a city of diversity with ancient temples and palaces, international world-class hotels, tantalising taste experiences and a colourful nightlife. Playing in Bangkok allows you to easily head off to other Asian destinations for your next stop in a multicity tour.

A gateway to Southeast Asia, Bangkok is often seen as a short stopover destination. But the capital city as much to offer in terms of attractions, shopping and nightlife. One of the must-see attractions is the beautiful temple Wat Arun, named after Aruna, god of the dawn. Decorated with thousands of mosaic stones, the magnificent temple offers an impressive view from the top of its 80m high tower.

You should also visit Wat Phra Kaeo and the Grand Palace, where you can see the golden Chedi and chapel of the Emerald Buddha. Experience the Bangkok Sky bars with their incredible views, relax on a boat tour or maybe explore Chinatown, along with the many markets and night markets where you can sample local street food and culture.

Pattaya and Hua Hin

A city of spectacular vibrancy, Pattaya is home to the Siam Country Club, Laem Chabang International Country Club with a Nicklaus-designed course, and the Amari Ocean Pattaya 5* Golf Resort. Pattaya has over 30 golf courses offering a range of facilities and challenging conditions.

Located on the Gulf of Thailand, it is only one hour from Bangkok. A huge draw are the excellent beach resorts and sightseeing, as well as an impressive choice of entertainment and vibrant nightlife.

Hua Hin is quieter with a local charm, but just as spectacular, boasting markets and temples as well as Black Mountain Golf Club & Resort, the venue of the 2015 and 2016 True Thailand Classic. Located in a valley surrounded by black granite mountains, this golf club has many natural features and is rated among the top 100 golf courses worldwide.

A seaside resort traditionally frequented by Thai royalty and Bangkok expats, its relaxed nightlife and gorgeous beaches make Hua Hin a quality destination for all ages.

Phuket

Phuket is Thailand’s largest island, located in the Andaman Sea. The famous beaches with their sparkling clear blue water and spectacular scenery are a massive drawcard for the region.

Phuket may be touristy and famous for Patong’s Bangla Road nightlife, but it does have many attractions from the Big Buddha to amazing views, weekend markets, the beautiful Wat Chalong with its exquisite Chedi, and the colourful houses in the Phuket Old Town.

Chiang Mai

Rich in culture and centuries of historic importance, Chiang Mai is a large northern town within the Lanna Kingdom. You will be able to find beautiful silk, silver and wood crafts and experience their wonderful hospitality and traditional heritage.

‘Lanna’ is a melting pot of culture and crafts from many eras and ethnic groups situated in the northern region of Thailand. The Lanna style incorporates architecture, monuments, silverware, woodcraft, textiles, sculpture, dance, food and language.

In Chiang Mai you can explore the Old Town on foot or go trekking in the jungle, discover waterfalls or if you’re adventurous perhaps experience white water rafting. In addition to temples and history Chiang Mai is renowned for its spectacular festivals and parades at different times of the year.
