The Anahita Golf Course, designed by Ernie Els, is a par-72 championship layout built to full USGA standards and stretching over 7,500 yards. Set between lush tropical vegetation and the island’s largest lagoon, it features six stunning oceanfront holes, generous fairways, and five tee options to suit all abilities. With its strategic bunkering, immaculate conditioning, and dramatic finishing stretch, Anahita delivers a world-class experience that blends challenge with natural beauty.

Across the lagoon lies the spectacular Île aux Cerfs Golf Club, designed by Bernhard Langer and accessible by a short boat shuttle from the resort. This par-72 island course offers a completely different experience, with panoramic ocean views, volcanic rock outcrops, and mangrove-framed fairways that test both strategy and precision. Together, Anahita and Île aux Cerfs form one of the Indian Ocean’s most iconic golf pairings - offering variety, championship pedigree, and unforgettable scenery in equal measure.

Both courses are ranked in Mauritius' top 3 by Top 100 Golf Courses. Anahita has hosted two European Tour events in 2016 and 2018.

Location

The Bay Club at Anahita is located in Beauchamp, on the East side of the Island. The transfer to Sir Ramgoolam International Airport takes approximately 50 minutes. The flight time from London is 12 hours with direct flights from British Airways or Air Mauritius.

There are also connecting flight options with routes through Paris.

Should you stray from your stunning abode or off the Ernie Else championship golf course, stroll along the beach, enjoy a dip in the beautiful lagoon, perhaps nip over to the secluded Ile aux Cerfs with a picnic, or explore the rich underwater world of the Indian Ocean on an exploration dive.
