The Lake Course

at The Vale Resort

The well-established and aptly named par-72 Lake Course, which has staged numerous Wales and West PGA professional championships, is dominated by a 20-acre lake and has water coming into play on 12 of its holes. The 8th looks down over the largest heronry in Wales and its unique signature 12th hole, The Island Green, is ranked as one of UK golf courses top holes.

The course offers some spectacular holes, but none so great as the challenging 12th hole with its island green. It has has been known to ruin a few good rounds in the past, so watch out!
