We now have 150 staff based at our head office in Windsor, Berkshire – we also have offices in Charleston, South Carolina and Copenhagen, Denmark, from which our American and Scandinavian operations are run. We pride ourselves on our commitment to developing our employees.

I’ve had the privilege of working at Golfbreaks for 13 years, growing both personally and professionally through roles within Sales and Product Management. What really makes Golfbreaks stand out above all else is the amazing culture the directors have created. I have the option to work from home, but I truly do love coming into the office! I didn't know how to play golf when I first joined in 2022, but there are so many great initiatives for Women In Golf that I have since taken it up (turns out it's quite addictive!). This has opened even more opportunities for me, including filming trips and a women's golf photoshoot.

Since joining Golfbreaks in November 2023 as an Infrastructure Engineer, I have been consistently challenged and pushed to achieve my maximum potential. It is refreshing to see a company continuously exploring new initiatives to stay in line with market trends, whether through the use of Cloud technologies or AI, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Golfbreaks truly embraces a healthy 'work hard - play hard' culture, evident through numerous social events within the office. This creates a great buzz and makes the office a joyful place to work.
