PGA Centenary Course at Gleneagles Details

    Golf at Gleneagles

Gleneagles golf has been inspired by some of the world’s greatest players and minds, with the influence of James Braid being clear on the design of the Kings and Queens golf courses, and Jack Nicklaus himself designed the fantastic PGA Centenary golf course.

    PGA Centenary Course at Gleneagles

    18 holes, 73 par, 6360 yards. Heathland.

With five tee positions available on the PGA Centenary Golf Course, the track varies from 5,065 to 7,081 yards in length, making it one of the longest golf courses in inland Scotland from the back tees. Nicklaus designed this course using the best of his earlier experiences in course architecture to create a real gem. The PGA Centenary also hosts the Johnnie Walker Classic each year, and even more recently hosted the 2014 Ryder Cup, a testament to Nicklaus’ outstanding design and imagination.

Super course and great test on a Ryder cup venue. A modern day championship course. A tough test for all level golfers.

Don’t bother with buggy’s they are more of a hindrance than help, they are equipped with a satellite location device that cuts out the motor without warning.
