Nemacolin’s original flagship course, Mystic Rock features bold bunkering, water hazards and visually striking tee shots. It delivers a true championship test that rewards precision and smart course management. In 2025 Golf Digest ranked it at 11th in Pennsylvania, rightly earning its spot as one of the states finest layouts.

Routing through woodland and wetlands, the layout combines risk-reward opportunities with large, undulating greens and immaculate conditioning.

Shepherd’s Rock

Shepherd’s Rock offers sweeping panoramic views and dramatic elevation changes, providing a visually spectacular and strategically engaging round. While unmistakably a Dye design, it offers slightly more generous fairways balanced by well-protected greens and thoughtful bunkering. Although playing second fiddle to Mystic Rock, it still ranked 21st in Pennsylvania according to Golf Digest.

Together, the two courses provide variety and complement each other perfectly for multi-round golf trips.
