Golf Courses
Casa de Campo Golf is home to three spectacular Pete Dye-designed courses - each offering a distinct challenge and setting:
Teeth of the Dog Regarded as the #1 golf course in the Dominican Republic by Top 100 Golf Courses and ranked among the world’s top 50, Teeth of the Dog is Pete Dye’s undisputed masterpiece. Carved dramatically from the rugged coral coastline, seven of its holes play directly beside the Caribbean Sea, delivering both challenge and breathtaking views. Precision and nerve are rewarded here - every swing is met with ocean spray, sea breezes, and world-class shot values.
Dye Fore The Dye Fore Course is a spectacular 27-hole layout that towers 300 feet above the Chavón River, offering some of the most dramatic vistas in Caribbean golf. Stretching over 7,700 yards, its cliff-top fairways and sweeping 360-degree views create an unforgettable playing experience. This course demands both distance and strategy, combining Pete Dye’s signature design flair with sheer visual drama.
The Links Inspired by the traditional courses of the British Isles, The Links offers a distinctly different experience at Casa de Campo. This inland layout winds through rolling terrain with gently undulating fairways, deep bunkers, and small, fast greens. Though less exposed to the sea, it provides a classic parkland-style challenge in a lush tropical setting - a favourite for golfers of all abilities seeking variety and playability.
Accommodation
This spectacular five-star resort is renowned for its elegance and quality. The resort is composed of 175 hotel rooms and 10 suites. All are packed with the finest of amenities, a balcony or patio, and a choice of bed options that will accommodate all guests and groups.
A unique addition is the 4-passenger personal golf cart that is assigned to each room, making it very easy to get around the resort. The property is also home to 60 Classic and Exclusive villas dotted around the estate ranging in size from three to ten bedrooms, all uniquely furnished.
There is a wide variety of villas to suit all types of clientele. The smaller classic villas give couples more space to stretch out, [families][1] can enjoy villas with connecting rooms or en-suites. Location
The resort is in La Romana, approximately 40 minutes southwest of Punta Cana. The nearest airport is La Romana International, which is located 10-minutes away but has limited flight options. The best option is to fly into Punta Cana International and take a short transfer to the resort.
On Site Activities
Next to the hotel and golf complex lies La Marina. Here guests can go shopping, rent a boat for deep sea fishing or enjoy the many dining and drinking options on offer. The resort also has its own private beach called Minitas beach, where patrons of the resort can relax and enjoy Al Fresco fine dining.
Day trips and excursions are also possible such as visiting Catalina Island by boat, going cave touring, horse-riding or zip-lining.

Teeth of The Dog Course
The Teeth of the Dog is probably the most recognized golf course in the Caribbean and for many years has been ranked in the world’s top 100 golf courses. As the flagship course at Casa de Campo, this Pete Dye-design offers a truly memorable experience with seven holes running along the Caribbean Sea. Dye himself is quoted as saying he “created 11 holes and God created seven.” A remarkable course, Teeth of the Dog is the focal point of all golf vacations at Casa de Campo Resort.
The Links Course
The shortest of the three courses at Casa de Campo, this links course features 18-holes including three par-5s, four par-3s, and eleven par-4s. This layout was designed in the mold of a classic Scottish course, with small hills and rolling views. The course meanders its way through the resort property and features small greens very well protected by Dye’s famous “wave” bunkers.
Dye Fore Golf Course
The Dye Fore course is a dramatic 27-hole layout designed by Pete Dye, stretching some 7,740 yards. Seven holes sit perilously along cliffs dropping 300 feet to the Chavón River below, offering 360° views of the sea, mountains and marina. Highlights include the stunning par 3s 12 and 15. A true test of skill and scenery, this course blends challenge and Caribbean beauty.
