2026 PGA National Resort Golf Trip Giveaway Sweepstakes

1. Timing: The Golfbreaks PGA National Resort Golf Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on January 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 6, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Purchase and/or use of any product are not required to participate. Employees of Golfbreaks (the “Sponsor”), PGATOUR.COM, LLC (the “PGA TOUR”) and their parent and affiliate companies, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are also not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.golfbreaks.com/en-us/competitions/pga-national-sweepstakes/ (the “Website”) and complete the registration form (the “Entry”), to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on April 6, 2026 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Only one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period will be counted. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to an account, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the account used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.
4. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about April 13, 2026, from among all eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
5. Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A 3 Night/2 Round Golf Trip for two (2) to PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Getaway includes three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for two (2) at PGA National Resort [based on double occupancy]; self-catering, two (2) rounds of golf for two (2) golfers on the Palmer Course and Champion Course onsite; daily breakfast; and $100 resort credit to be used on the trip (ARV: based on time of year trip is taken). There is no airfare to/from Florida to/from winner’s home included with the Grand Prize. All flights to and from Florida is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Golf trip dates are of the winner's choosing (black out dates do apply), however, the trip must be taken within one year (365 days) of being chosen as the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All applicable federal, state and local taxes related to the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above is the winner's sole responsibility. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone. In the event the Golf Trip is cancelled or postponed for reasons out of Sponsor’s control (including, but not limited to, acts of god, pandemics, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or terrorism) after Golf Trip is booked, the aspects of the prize will be cancelled and no additional compensation will be provided. In such an event, the winner will be responsible for cancelling any transportation to/from Florida, if they choose to do so. In the event any winner or his/her guests engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize or access to any event/tournament, in whole or in part with no further compensation to that winner. Grand Prize winner’s guests must be 18 years of age or older and complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to confirmation of reservations.
6. General Conditions: Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release, where legal, within five (5) calendar days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website; violates these official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period prior to cancellation. The Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize.
7. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any damage, loss, expense, injury of any kind, claim or cause of action (collectively, “Claims”), including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. You further agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any Claim brought or asserted by any third party against the Released Parties due to or arising out of use of your name, persona, likeness and photo or any other rights granted to Sponsor, including any claims for, but not limited to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, right of privacy or defamation. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
10. Privacy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties, in the administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules and the online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.golfbreaks.com/en-us/about/privacy-policy/.
11. Winner List: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, available after April 13, 2026 on https://www.golfbreaks.com/en-us/competitions/pga-national-sweepstakes/ and available for 30 days.
12. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Golfbreaks, 474 Wando Park Blvd (Ste 204), Mt Pleasant, SC 29464.

• The booking promotion only applies to members of Perks at Work booking a golf vacation with Golfbreaks.

• Eligible customers will receive up to $2000 off a golf vacation booked with Golfbreaks. The exact discount is dependent on the booking’s group size, based on the following denominations:

• 2–3 people 1. USA Trip discount: $100 2. Overseas trip discount: $200

• 4–7 people 1. USA Trip discount: $200 2. Overseas trip discount: $400

• For the promotion discount to be valid, the booking must include a minimum of 2 nights and 2 rounds of golf per person and have a minimum group size of 2 people.

• Bookings must be made by Dec 31st, 2026 for the member offer to be valid. The travel date of the booking can be any time.

• To be eligible for the offer, customers are required to quote the promotion code, provided to Perks at Work members on the Perks at Work website, within the website inquiry form or when first speaking to a Golfbreaks sales agent.

• The relevant monetary discount is a discount that is taken off the total package price and is not a per person discount.

• The discount will be taken off the final balance of the golf vacation, with the discount sum being based on the total number of passengers who travel on the trip.

• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and has no monetary value.

• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Golfbreaks promotions, and can only be redeemed once per person.

• The promotion can only be redeemed once per booking and by the lead organizer of the booking.

• The discount offer is only valid for bookings made through Golfbreaks USA, registered as Golfbreaks Inc., the US office of the Golfbreaks Group.

• Standard Golfbreaks booking terms will apply.

• Golfbreaks retain the right to withdraw the offer at any time, should a customer not adhere to the eligibility requirements of the promotion.

• Golfbreaks has the right to modify, pause or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. If terminated, all customers eligible to receive the offer at the time of booking will continue to receive the offer as standard and according to the Golfbreaks booking terms.

Promotion Overview: This Promotion is designed to encourage feedback from golfers to help improve Golfbreaks’ products and services.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from the date the survey is launched and will close at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2026.

Eligibility: This Promotion is only valid for Golfbreaks clients based in North America. To be eligible to enter, participants must:

• Complete the full Golfbreaks survey in its entirety, and
• Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey to be contacted in the event they are selected as a winner.

Only one entry per individual will be accepted. Participants must be aged 18 or older.

Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected at random after the Promotion end date. Each winner will have their choice of:

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of the Promotion closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Golfbreaks reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• The Bridgestone gift cards will be sent to eligible customers within 14 days of them returning from their trip.

• The Bridgestone Golf gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other promotional item, and can only be redeemed with Bridgestone Golf according to their terms of use.

• The PGA TOUR Superstore Players Club Member booking promotion only applies to customers booking with Golfbreaks who have registered as a PGA TOUR Superstore Players Club member.
• Eligible customers will receive up to $50 per person off a golf vacation booked with Golfbreaks. The exact discount is dependent on the booking’s destination, based on the following denominations: $25 per person off for groups travelling domestically (within the borders of the USA), $50 per person off for groups travelling internationally (including Mexico, Caribbean, United Kingdom, and Ireland).
• For the promotion discount to be valid, the user must be a registered member of the PGA TOUR Superstore Players Club, and the booking must include a minimum of 2 nights and 2 rounds of golf per person and have a minimum group size of 2 people.

1. The group organiser (the booker) of the vacation must be a GOLFPASS member in order to receive the discount for their group
2. At time of booking, the GOLFPASS member must quote their unique GOLFPASS member number in order to be eligible for the discount
