The Abbey Golf Course was built in the late 1970s and has matured to become of championship standard measuring over 6,173 yards. It was home to the Western Senior Masters final in 2006 and is now a regular host to county matches.

The Abbey Golf Course presents a championship standard golf course which has been upgraded and lengthened to create a variety of challenges for golfers of all abilities. The course designer Donald Steel made sure that the course was challenging but with wide fairways and short rough, so golfers of all abilities can enjoy the course. The 7th hole is the Abbey’s signature hole, with the 192 yard par-3 having a green partially surrounded by the River Arrow.
