Golf Courses

The resort’s centrepiece is the Gary Player Signature Championship Course, a spectacular layout carved into the cliffs, offering panoramic sea views from every hole. Its design showcases challenging tee shots, dramatic elevation changes, and immaculate conditioning. The par-3 6th hole is widely recognised as one of the most photographed in world golf, perched above the sea with a green framed by rugged coastline.

Thracian Cliffs hosted the Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2013, earning global acclaim as one of the most spectacular golf courses in Bulgaria. This is solidified by its ranking as the 43rd best golf course in Europe with Top 100 Golf Courses.

Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort Designed by Ian Woosnam, this 18-hole championship course offers a mix of wide fairways, challenging bunkers, and stunning views over the Black Sea. It’s a balanced course suitable for all levels, with coastal winds adding an extra test of skill.

BlackSeaRama Golf Course A Gary Player design, BlackSeaRama is a links-style course set atop cliffs overlooking the sea. Its open fairways, fast greens, and spectacular sea views make it one of Bulgaria’s most scenic and rewarding golf experiences.

Accommodation

Guests are accommodated across two charming village-style settings:

• Marina Village - positioned closest to the sea, offering premium suites and convenient access to beaches, restaurants, and resort facilities.

• Hillside Village - set higher above the coastline, providing panoramic views across the course, lake, and Black Sea.

Suites range from 80 m² to 240 m² and feature spacious living areas, open-plan kitchens, private terraces, and en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom. Interiors combine natural wood, limestone, and neutral tones, creating a relaxed and elegant coastal style.

Thracian Cliffs boasts six distinctive dining venues, each offering its own unique atmosphere and cuisine. Guests can enjoy gourmet Bulgarian dishes, Mediterranean seafood, beach barbecues, and international favourites across the resort’s diverse restaurants.

Spa & Leisure

The Thracian Spa offers an indulgent wellness experience inspired by Moroccan design. Facilities include a hammam, steam room, Jacuzzi, cold-water bucket, and panoramic fitness studio.

Signature treatments feature locally produced ingredients such as honey, rose, lavender, Black Sea mud, and herbs from the resort’s gardens. Guests can also enjoy massages with cashmere oils, milk and honey, or lime and mandarin blends.

Beyond the spa, the resort provides infinity pools, a marina pool bar overlooking the sea, and two private beaches with water sports including kayaking and jet-skiing.
