Real Club de Golf La Herreria

Real Club de Golf La Herreria sits at the foot of Mount Abantos, beside the magnificent 16th century Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. The course, designed in the 1960’s and upgraded in 2000, is regarded as one of the best of its kind in central Spain.

Real Club de Golf La Herreria is a hilly, par 71 woodland track. The 18th, known as ‘The Grill’, is widely regarded as one of the best finishing holes in Spain. The 381-yard par 4 doglegs to the left to a tiny, two tiered green, protected by a tree to the left, bunker to the right and out of bounds to the rear.
