Barton-on-Sea Golf Club, founded in 1897 and is situated on the coastal cliff between Highcliffe and Milford-on-Sea (20 minutes from Bournemouth) and boasts 27 holes. The club is both friendly and welcoming and within easy reach of Southampton and Bournemouth. The current 27 holes are a combination of the original Harry Colt design from 1932.

Barton on Sea Golf Club offers three excellent loops of 9 holes, The Becton and Needles loops have parkland and clifftop layouts with undulating fairways and offer a selection of challenging holes, some of which have great views over the sea. The Stroller loop boasts incredible coastal views and again provides a range of interesting and varied holes. Water hazards, pot bunkers, and gorse all add to the difficulty of this fantastic layout.
