Duddington Golf course offers a magnificent 6,525 yard championship course, a challenge to all visitors. The layout comprises different elevations and blind tee shots, the course is good for all standards however will provide a challenge for even the best ability.

Designed by James Braid, the par-72 embodies authentic Scottish golf with honest greens and pristine fairways. Duddingston is a favoured destination to many visitors due to its famed history and has played host to multiple national professional and amateur events.

Signature Holes

The outstanding par-4 ‘temple’ is the signature hole at the course, due to the notable monument built by the Duke of Abercorn. Sitting next to the green the monument is often used as the best line from the fairway to avoid the deviously placed bunkers.

Golfing legend Ronnie Shade MBE, who is considered Scotland’s greatest amateur golfer, grew up playing at Duddingston Golf Club and is greatly associated with the club’s history.
