Though not as demanding as the Copperhead or Island courses, the South has quietly become a favorite among resort guests for its playability and charm. Its routing balances challenge with enjoyment, rewarding well-placed shots while remaining accessible for higher-handicap golfers.

The South Course is characterised by its rolling terrain, plentiful bunkers, and large sandy waste areas that frame many holes.
