Golfbreaks Rewards – Terms of Use

  1. Golfbreaks Rewards is a loyalty and rewards program that provides customers of Golfbreaks with virtual gift cards for booking golf trips with Golfbreaks.
  2. The value of gift cards rewarded is based on the total group spend by the customer on their golf trip package.
  3. The rewards gift cards are sent to the lead organizer of an eligible golf group and the value of gift cards rewarded is based on the total price paid by the entire group for the golf trip. Rewards gift cards are not issued to the individual group members of the golf trip based on their personal payments. Only the lead organiser will receive rewards gift cards based on the total group spend.
  4. All customers who are lead organizers of a golf trip will automatically be eligible for rewards once they book and pay in full for a trip.
  5. Customers will receive their rewards gift cards 15 days prior to the date of departure of their trip.
  6. Customers are given the option to select either Golfbreaks gift cards or partner gift cards. Customers are not able to select a combination of gift cards from different brands.
  7. The gift cards selected by a customer will be sent to them by email and will be in the form of e- gift cards codes.
  8. Customers are required to spend a minimum of $1500 on a golf trip for their group to be eligible to receive a reward.
  9. Customers earn rewards based on their total spend on a golf trip in the following denominations:
  • $25 of Golfbreaks gift cards for every $1500 they spend on their trip
  • $20 of partner gift cards for every $1500 they spend on their trip
  1. The maximum amount that a customer can receive in Golfbreaks gift cards value is $1500, based on them spending $90,000 or more on a golf trip for their group.
  2. The maximum amount that a customer can receive in partner gift cards value is $1200, based on them spending $90,000 or more on a golf trip for their group.
  3. The e- gift cards codes that customers receive will be provided in various denominations of value, but will always add up to the total gift card value earned based on the total cost of the trip.
  4. Each gift card issued will have an expiry date, which will be stated on the gift card confirmation email alongside the e- gift card code. Expiry dates can vary based on the gift card type. Gift cards must be used before their expiry date in order to be valid.
  5. Customers can redeem Golfbreaks gift cards by quoting the gift card codes when they book their next golf trip with Golfbreaks. Partner gift cards are redeemed directly with the relevant partner in their e-commerce shop.
  6. Customers must select their rewards gift cards within 3 months of returning from their trip. If they do not select their gift cards within this period then they will no longer be eligible to receive rewards gift cards for that particular trip. Customers will be alerted by email when their rewards gift cards are ready to be selected 15 days prior to the departure date of their trip. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to subsequently select their gift cards. Golfbreaks will not be held responsible should a customer not select their gift cards within this period, or if they do not redeem their gift cards before the gift cards’ expiry date.
  7. The terms of use of the Golfbreaks gift cards are stated on the gift card terms page which can be accessed from the footer of the gift voucher page. Partner gift cards adhere to the gift card terms of the partner which can be found on their relevant terms pages. Partner gift card conditions, when applicable, will be summarised on this Rewards Terms and Condition page. Please see the Partner gift cards Terms of Use section below.
  8. Customers requiring support when redeeming their Golfbreaks gift cards should contact the Golfbreaks customer service team to resolve their issue. Customers are required to contact the relevant partner directly should they require support in redeeming partner gift cards.
  9. The partners participating in the Golfbreaks Rewards program are trusted partners of Golfbreaks. They are selected by Golfbreaks and can be changed at any time without notice. Golfbreaks is not required to inform customers when a change to the participating partners is made.
  10. Golfbreaks has the right to modify, pause or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. If terminated, all customers eligible to receive gift cards at the time of booking will continue to receive gift card rewards as standard and according to the Rewards Program terms.
  11. Golfbreaks has the right to cancel gift cards or withhold gift cards from being issued to a customer at any time, should there be a valid reason, including situations such as; misuse, fraud, violations of the terms of use, booking cancellations, booking amendments and abusive behaviour, or situations out of Golfbreaks' control such as inclement weather.
  12. Customers participating in the Golfbreaks Rewards program will adhere to the terms of the rewards program.
  13. Golfbreaks has right to remove a customer from eligibility for the rewards program at any time without contest or prior notice.
  14. Golfbreaks booking terms apply to all golf trip bookings made by customers.

Galvin Green Vouchers - Terms of Use

  1. Usage: Voucher codes are only redeemable on GalvinGreen.com
  2. Validity: Voucher codes must be used before the stated expiration date. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reactivated.
  3. One-Time Use: Each voucher code is valid for a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless stated otherwise.
  4. Non-Transferable: Voucher codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  5. Exclusions: Voucher codes may exclude certain products, including but not limited to sale items, limited editions, or new collections. Please review the promotion details for any restrictions.
  6. Refunds and Returns: If a product purchased with a voucher code is returned, the refund will be processed in accordance with GalvinGreen.com’s return policy. The voucher code will not be reissued, and any refunded amount will exclude the voucher value.
  7. Limitations: More than one voucher code can be applied to an order. However, if the order total is less than the voucher's value, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be used for future purchases.
  8. Misuse: GalvinGreen.com reserves the right to cancel any order or voucher code if misuse, fraud, or violations of these terms are detected.
  9. Changes and Termination: GalvinGreen.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the voucher code program at any time without prior notice.

GolfNow Vouchers – Terms of Use

  • The offer is valid on the purchase of one (1) "Hot Deals" tee time reservation listed on GolfNow.com and/or the GolfNow mobile app;
  • Each reservation may include 1-4 golfers that are booked together for the same tee time reservation by using the promotion code provided (the "Promo Code).
  • The Promo Codes are available in monetary denominations of; Twenty Dollars ($20), Forty Dollars ($40), Eighty Dollars ($80), One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120), One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160), and Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
  • Each Promo Code has a maximum USD value, equivalent to its monetary denomination, which can be used towards the purchase of "Hot Deals" tee times through GolfNow's Distribution Channels.
  • The offer is only valid for tee times to be played after 12:00 PM. For the avoidance of doubt, taxes and convenience fees are not included.
  • The Promo Code cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions (including promo codes), coupons or discounts.
  • If the "Hot Deals" tee times chosen are priced greater than the Promo Code value per booking, it is the Promo Code recipient’s responsibility to pay the remaining balance at check-out.
  • The Promo Code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as written.
  • The expiry date of each Promo Code will be provided with the Promo Code and cannot be extended for any reason whatsoever.
  • The Promo Code cannot be resold or transferred for value and has no cash value.
  • Any unused Promo Code balance at the time of booking will be forfeited.
  • Valid GolfNow account is required, and reservations booked with “Guest Checkout” do not qualify for the Promo Code.
  • Once reserved, tee times can only be refunded if cancelled up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of play or if the golf course is closed on the day of play.
  • Any refunded amounts will be available as credit in your GolfNow account to use towards a future tee time. GolfPass+ members may cancel up to one (1) hour prior to the time of play with a valid Tee Time Protection credit.
