Set within the grounds of a 16th-century manor on Wroxham Road, the Manor Course at Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club offers a classic Norfolk golf break experience close to Norwich. Designed by Ross McMurray, this 18-hole championship layout combines USGA-specification greens, more than 70 strategically placed bunkers and water features with views across the Norwich countryside.

The course is regarded as one of Norfolk’s leading inland tests, with multiple tee options, large greens, and a layout that suits a wide range of golfers while still providing a proper championship challenge. It has also hosted events, including the professional EuroPro Tour and the amateur Trilby Tour.

The par 4 7th is the standout hole, with ponds and fountains creating one of the course’s most memorable visual moments. It captures Sprowston Manor’s blend of resort-style presentation and strategic parkland golf.
