Golf Courses

Close House has two golf courses onsite, both of which are endorsed by 'Attached Tour Professional' Lee Westwood. Both the Colt Course and the Filly Course bring their own unique challenges with the newer Colt Course paying tribute to Harry Colt.

Accommodation

The 12 Courtyard suite-style rooms and four Terrace rooms are impeccably furnished, ensuring a stay that won't soon be forgotten. All rooms come equipped with a variety of amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a personal safe, tea and coffee facilities and more.

You can also stay in The Lodge, the former gatehouse to the Close House estate which is now a private luxury house that sleeps four people. Alternatively, stay in The Pavillion, a conversion of the former Pavillion in the estate, featuring modern decor and two bedrooms these are the perfect choice for a getaway with friends.

Whether you are grabbing a quick bite after walking off the 18th, or sitting down more formally to sample some of the Northumberland region's finest produce, Close House ensures a memorable dining experience.

The resort's signature restaurant is No. 19, where highly regarded Head Chef Craig Harvey has made his mark with flavour-packed seasonal dishes made from the very best local produce. The restaurant offers panoramic views over the Tyne Valley.
