Golf Course at Villamartin Golf Club
The layout at Villamartin Golf Club was designed by Paul Putman and opened in 1972, making it one of the most established and matured golf courses in Alicante. It has been designed to fit closely with the natural terrain of the land, allowing for ravines and valleys to come into play, particularly in the back 9 holes.
Olive trees frame some of the holes to add to the difficulty of the greens. Elevated tees in the first 9 holes show off the amazing views of the coastline in the distance but add to the challenge with the prevailing wind.
