Golfbreaks provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and equipped to win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with golf professionals to promote Golfbreaks’ Pro Travel Club
  • Deliver in-person presentations and consultations to introduce Golfbreaks’ services
  • Drive enquiries for tuition and escorted travel via proactive outreach
  • Support Pro Travel initiatives, including FAM trips, education programs, and PGA events
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve new business growth
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Desirable Experience & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the golf industry and playing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in sales, business development, or target-driven environments
  • Customer-facing experience, ideally B2B or in travel

What we can offer you…

  • Competitive OTE with bonus potential and car allowance
  • Well-being days (half a day each month)
  • Enhanced pension plan
  • Salary sacrifice EV car scheme
  • Perkbox discounts and freebies
  • 24-hour Employee Assistance Program
  • Hybrid working options
  • Eye test contributions
  • Opportunities to visit venues on familiarisation trips
  • Staff discounts on hotels and golf courses
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Modern offices in Windsor, including a staff break-out area with a golf simulator
  • Regular company socials and team nights out
