Step into a world of relaxation in the 7 Ciel Spa, located on-site at the Ancient Sands Resort, and open 10am until 7pm. Guests can enjoy a range of treatment options, including rejuvenating massages and full body treatments from experienced professionals. Switch off and explore other treatments such as Moroccan peeling, Turkish baths, sauna and steam rooms, and a jacuzzi.

The World Gym is the place for those guests looking to stay active on their holiday, with plenty of cardiovascular and weight machines available, as well as free weights. The gym is free to guests and is open from 8am until 10pm.

There are five swimming pools on-site, with three heated in the winter. Guests can practice their golf on the 9-hole Karl Litten Course. The animation team also put on a range of daily activities for you to participate in, with everything from group yoga to live music performances.
