Championship Course
Opened in 1992, this par-72 course was designed by British architect Jeremy Pern. By incorporating the naturally undulating terrain in the layout, alongside water hazards and elevated tees, Pern achieved a challenging course with dramatic holes. The most demanding of which is the 4th hole which requires a huge amount of accuracy to avoid the stream on the left and the steep bank on the right. The green is also heavily guarded by two ponds, making this an incredibly tough par five.
Location
Arguably ‘Devon’s best kept secret’ – the Championship Course is a gem with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Watch out for those hanging lies.
