Since 1912 this industry-leading hotel group continues to inspire with their dedication to tradition, elegance and charm. Each hotel uniquely displays its own iconic design in picturesque locations across France, making them alluring to golfers. Below you will find a few of their finest establishments.

Historic hideaway

Hidden within the graceful Normandy countryside overlooking the English Channel, Hotel Barrière L'Hôtel du Golf Deauville is a true expression of French luxury. This historic hotel offers 170 rooms and suites, all of which emanate a contemporary, calm ambience and have excellent views of either the Channel or the golf course.

Renowned as one of the most beautiful courses in France, the hotel's prestigious 27-hole golf course, Golf Barrière Deauville, was designed by Tom Simpson and Henry Cotton. The course offers a great golfing challenge and is split into three 9-hole courses, providing a multitude of experiences for all.

The Lassay restaurant is our favourite dining option. Overlooking the countryside, it offers an impressive wine menu and the chef uses only the best regional produce for the sumptuous cuisine.

Hotel highlight: The golf course, which loops around the hotel, is tree-lined and guests can wake to magnificent views from their rooms.

Activities and facilities: The area is great for sports lovers - the nearby Deauville town is popular for its multi-sports resorts, and don't forget the local beaches. Other hotel facilities include the classy casino, outdoor pool, bowling alley, tennis court, fitness centre and spa.

What our golfers say:

The Barriere International Golf Club, where golfers can enjoy 45 holes over three striking courses that stretch over 540 acres, is just 15 minutes from the hotel.
