All’Acquacotta Restaurant at Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort 5* (Italy)

The Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort in Tuscany, Italy, features two high-quality restaurants in the Aqualuce and All’Acquacotta, with the latter being awarded a Michelin star. The centrepiece to this restaurant is traditional cuisine, with a twist by Chef Alessandro Bocci in a new healthy menu using super-local ingredients. The Andrew Fairlie Restaurant at Gleneagles (Scotland)

This Michelin star restaurant takes its name from the river that runs through the hotel grounds and enjoys one of the quaintest settings, with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere that you will most certainly enjoy. La Faventia restaurant at Terre Blanche (France)

Head Chef Chris Wheeler was awarded “Hotel Chef of the Year” at the Hotel Cateys in 2016, as well as “Chef of the Year” at the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Life Food and Drink Awards, again in 2016. Finally, Humphry’s was awarded “Best Fine Dining Restaurant” at the 2016 Buckinghamshire Food and Drink Awards.
