Overview
Easily drivable from the UK, Golf de Nampont-Saint-Martin is set in the grounds of the Castle of Namport which has stood on this site since the 15th Century. The two 18-hole courses here were the vision of Castle owner François-Xavier Podvin who built the first 9-holes in 1978. This became Le Belvedere course in 1984 with an additional 9-holes completing the routing. It is, however, the newer Les Cygnet course which is now seen as the more highly-ranked of the two layouts here which followed a similar formula, opening as a 9-hole course in 1994, before the full 18 holes were completed in 2002.
In addition to the two courses on-site, the property has a stunning clubhouse, complete with a restaurant serving authentic French cuisine as it looks out over the course and picturesque ponds packed with wildlife. With all this on-site Golf de Nampoint-Saint-Martin makes for the perfect 36-hole day in the French countryside.

Le Belvédère
Le Belvedere course was the first of the two 18-hole courses at Golf de Nampont-Saint-Martin. Originally opened as a 9-hole course in 1978, the layout is spread throughout the forest in the beautiful valley of the Authie. A good mix of holes will keep you on your toes, with the 18th hole finishing back in front of La Maison Forte, the property’s restaurant and clubhouse.
Les Cygnes
The newer Les Cygnet course is laid out closer to the chateau at Nampont-Saint-Martin and is now seen as the club’s higher-ranked course, with water coming into play on almost all of the 18-holes. Wide fairways make the course enjoyable, and with plenty of wildlife to keep you company throughout the road, you’ll struggle to find a more pleasant place to test out your game.
