Travel Coordinator - Pro Travel - Full Time Position

As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued PGA Professional clients. Every day is different – from liaising with world-class hotels and golf resorts to managing bespoke travel requests and ensuring every detail of a booking runs smoothly.

With full training provided, you’ll be supported from day one and equipped with all the tools you need to offer a first-class experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing bookings, including processing amendments and providing updated pricing.
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales service by arranging extras and answering client queries.
  • Support clients with our online portal and digital journey.
  • Communicate across multiple channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and case management systems.
  • Handle booking administration, including collecting balances, confirming supplier arrangements, and gathering essential travel details and rooming lists.
  • Address any client issues or feedback before, during, or after their golf break.
  • Support the sales team with inbound enquiries and provide a seamless handover for new leads.

Desirable Experience

  • Interest in golf (playing experience is a bonus, but not essential).
