Golf Courses

The nearest golf club, Meyrick Park, is a parkland layout offering tree-lined fairways and well-kept greens. The signature hole is the 14th, a battle of bunkers and trees towards an uphill green. Although in the middle of town, this picturesque course sits on 120 acres of land and golfers visit from all over Europe to play.

Queen’s Park Golf Course is not much further away, just a 10-minute drive from Cleveland House. This former championship course measures 6,132 yards and will challenge golfers of all abilities.

For spectacular views out to Brownsea Island, visit The Isle of Purbeck Golf Club, just south of Bournemouth. The view from the 5th tee is certainly one of the finest in UK golf. Each hole poses a challenge, and strategy is just as important as skill here.
