Holly Maclean:

Pick 1: I’d say Rahm as he’s the most consistent player at the moment. He’s ready to tick off this major & his immense short game could see him through!

Pick 2: Then I’d say Homa as he is the most in-form player in golf right now and his iron game will give him a solid chance.

Tom Clayton:

Pick 1: Rory McIlroy is definitely my top pick. It’s got to happen at some point, so why not now?

Pick 2: Dustin Johnson is also a strong contender. He's a past winner and what’s he been doing since we last saw him? Quietly sneaking under the radar but a class act.

Harry Holt:

Pick 1: John Rahm – Very in-form and hungry to prove himself the number 1 golfer in the world.

Pick 2: Rory McIlroy – A strong possibility he could finally get the grand slam. Rory will be pumped to beat the LIV golfers!

Bonus pick: Patrick Reed – It breaks my heart to add him, but I think he’ll thrive off the 'villain role'.

Mark Jenkins:

Pick 1: Rory McIlroy – World number 1. Finished T5 in 2021 and 2nd in 2022. He’s playing better than anybody in the world at the moment and crucially, is putting like a man who can win around Augusta. I think the only man who can beat Rory at this year's Masters is Rory himself!

Pick 2: Tiger Woods – This one is picked with the heart and not the head I’m afraid. After an open fracture to both the tibia and fibula as well as damage to the right ankle that nearly forced amputation, ACL damage, damage to both Achilles' tendons, damage to the cartilage in his left knee and a back that’s in worse shape than Fordy’s, it’s going to be a big ask….! But if anyone can do it, it’s the GOAT himself!

David Ford (Fordy):

Pick 1: RORY – Fast start to 2023, arguably the best player in the world. It's his time and green suits him.

Pick 2: Tiger Woods – He’s the GOAT.

Mark Bell:

Pick 1: Bob MacIntyre – As a proud Scotsman I am always cheering on Bobby Mac. After a 23rd place finish in 2022 and 12th place finish in 2021 I have a feeling 2023 is going to be his year. This man loves Augusta and I believe that if Bob is going to win a major in his career it is going to be at Augusta, a course where left handers have previously done relatively well…

Pick 2: Rory McIlroy – It is time for Rors to hear the roars on Magnolia Lane! This is the year we could well see the ‘Rory Slam’ fulfilled. McIlroy is arguably on the best form of his career commanding almost every tournament that he plays in. I don’t think there are many who wouldn’t love to see Rory complete the Career Grand Slam at The Masters this year – come on Rors you can do it!!!

Megan Graham:

Pick 1: Rory McIlroy - He’s on a winning streak at the moment and out of the four majors he’s won, he’s never quite managed to secure a green jacket at The Masters, but I feel like this will be his year.

Pick 2: Viktor Hovland - He’s been a bit of a rising star, having only turned pro in 2019 and has already placed within the top 25 at three Majors. I think the Norwegian could definitely surprise us with a Masters victory!

Kelly Tidy:

Pick 1: Rory! Slightly biased as Rory is my favourite player, but he came close last year, he’s had six top-10 finishes out of 13 starts at the masters so always plays well. It’s the only major Rory is yet to claim, and he’s on good form! My money is on Rors!

Pick 2: It would have to be JT! Justin Thomas, not because of anything other than I really like JT as a player and would love for him to get a green jacket.

Jon Richards:

Pick 1: Jon Rahm's consistency over the last few seasons has been exceptional, but he hasn't quite done it in the majors. I think that will change at Augusta.

Pick 2: Max Homa is starting to win regularly on the PGA TOUR and nothing seems to phase him. I think he is a dark horse.

Nick Roberts:

Pick 1: Rory McIlroy for me. He's currently the best player in the world…2023 is his year to win the Masters.

Pick 2: Justin Rose is a major winner who always plays well at Augusta National. Already won once this year on the PGA Tour, definitely worth an outside bet.
