Concord Course, Revere Golf Club
Las Vegas, USA
Golf Course Overview
Concord is the newer of the two courses at Revere, and although regarded as being more straightforward than the Lexington Course, it is by no means an easy round of golf. Forgiving but long off the tee, with serious elevation changes, large undulating greens and well-placed hazards, this is a tough but fair test for all golfers. Greg Nash and Billy Casper have created an excellent two-course venue that is always in excellent shape, with great views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip.
The 551-yard par-5 finishing hole is one of the best closing holes visually and challenge-wise in Las Vegas. An intimidating drive over a lake to a fairway that narrows dramatically, with bunkers on either side of the landing area. Then comes a deep canyon in front of the narrow but wide green which has nine bunkers behind. Don’t be short and don’t be long!
