Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR are looking for a digital marketing specialist with two years of relevant experience to join their fast-growing US business. You will be working as part of a small team focused on marketing the Golfbreaks brand and service throughout North America, as well as collaborating with the wider global business and their partner brands.

Key Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support with creating and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display and affiliate campaigns
  • Reporting on campaign performance and benchmarking on KPIs
  • Use of analytics platforms for campaign reporting and channel optimization
  • Working with the digital team on our website conversion rate optimization and experimentation programs
  • Building our affiliate program and partner network
  • Use of our MarTech software suite for campaign building and maximizing channel performance
  • Being a key member of the marketing team involved with strategy planning, building activity schedules, ideation, and campaign fulfillment
  • Working closely with the product, sales, and service teams to coordinate marketing activity and manage the marketing schedule

Other Marketing Responsibilities

  • Planning and fulfilling marketing campaigns with partners and managing partner accounts
  • Content creation for our website, email, and social channels; including written, graphic and video formats
  • Constructing and implementing brand and product marketing campaigns to be run through owned channels, optimizing the activity, and reporting on performance
  • Supporting our organic social channels; posting content and engaging with followers

What we are looking for

  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum of two years experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in managing paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns
  • Account management skills that are required for working with partners and agencies
  • Analytical mindset for digital experimentation, website optimization, marketing campaign optimization
  • Reporting skills including good experience in using analytics tools and in building reports
  • Creativity for campaign ideation and content production (strong written communication skills)
  • Experience in producing graphics for marketing campaigns and social content
  • Video editing skills would be beneficial but not essential
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for fulfilling campaigns and proofing content and creative
  • Driven, tenacious, and self-motivated attitude (a fast learner)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Knowledge of and an interest/passion in sport/golf or the travel industry is an advantage (playing golf is not a pre-requisite)
