Designed by Dr Martin Hawtree alongside Christian Lundin and Christine Fraser, the course opened in 2025 and showcases a dramatically different character to its acclaimed neighbouring course.

Set across a vast stretch of Aberdeenshire coastline, the layout combines towering sand dunes, rugged links terrain, heathland, and wetland landscapes to create a varied and visually spectacular golfing experience. The routing takes full advantage of the property's natural landforms, delivering dramatic elevation changes, expansive vistas of the North Sea, and a constant test of strategic decision-making.
