Coronavirus Latest Information
Our fundamental approach throughout the pandemic has been to follow guidelines set out by the US Government, the Centers for Disease Control (DCD) and World Health Organization (WHO), along with local health departments. We are also in regular contact with our suppliers (resorts, hotels and golf courses) throughout the USA and overseas, to ensure we are fully up-to-date with regards any closures, restrictions and safety measures on property.
If you have an existing booking that is due to take place soon, then here are your options:
- Travel as planned – this is possible with all domestic trips currently, however not the case with trips overseas
- Change the destination or date of travel – if you are unable to travel as originally planned then please speak with one of our dedicated client services team and move your trip to an alternative destination and/or date. We will do all we can to ‘re-book’ your trip for a more appropriate time.
- Opt for a ‘Future Travel Credit’ - If you are unable to travel and unsure about when and where to reschedule your trip to, we can offer you a refund in the form of a ‘Future Travel Credit’. This allows you to apply the full credit to a future trip with Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR, with travel no later than October 31st 2022.
