Coronavirus latest information

Our fundamental approach throughout the pandemic has been to follow guidelines set out by the US Government, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), along with local health departments. We are also in regular contact with our suppliers (resorts, hotels and golf courses) throughout the USA and overseas, to ensure we are fully up-to-date with regards to any closures, restrictions and safety measures on property.

If you have an existing booking that is due to take place soon and there are COVID-19 travel restrictions in place that prevent you from getting to your destination, then here are your options:

  • Change the destination or date of travel – please speak with one of our dedicated client services team members and move your trip to an alternative destination and/or date. We will do all we can to ‘re-book’ your trip for a more appropriate time.
  • Opt for a ‘Future Travel Credit’ – if you are unsure of where or when to move your trip to we can offer you a full refund in the form of a ‘Future Travel Credit’. This allows you to apply the full credit to a future trip with Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR (to be booked within 12 months of credit issue date, and for travel anytime).

If COVID-19 is forcing closure of your chosen destination and / or the elements booked in your travel package then Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR will be in touch to discuss your options.

Bookings unaffected by destination closures or travel restrictions are still going ahead as planned, and if you wish to cancel in this instance it will be deemed as a ‘disinclination’ to travel and our standard cancellation terms will apply. To view our full terms and conditions please click here.
