Coronavirus Latest Information

Updated 14th May 2020

As the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) escalates in the USA and around the world, we understand that you will be concerned and have some questions about your upcoming travel plans.

Our fundamental approach has been and remains to follow the guidelines set out by the US Government, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) along with local health departments.

We are also in regular contact with our suppliers (resorts, hotels and golf courses) throughout the USA and overseas, and are monitoring this developing situation daily.

What will happen if my vacation is affected?

We have a proactive incident team monitoring any travel restrictions enforced by CDC, WHO and local governments.

There is no need to contact us.

Our dedicated team will contact you (working on a priority date order according to travel dates) at the earliest opportunity we have, if your vacation is affected by travel restrictions or venue closures in your chosen destination.

We are here to help you and go through what the best options might be for you.

  • Change the destination or date of travel: You can speak with our dedicated client services team and move your trip to an alternative destination or date. We will do all we can to ‘re-book’ your trip for a more appropriate time.
  • Opt for a ‘Future Travel Credit’: If you are unsure about when and where to reschedule your trip to, we can offer you a refund in the form of a ‘Future Travel Credit’. This allows you to apply the full credit to a future trip with Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR, with travel no later than October 31st 2022.

Can I speak to someone to discuss my booking?

Our proactive team are working from home and will be calling clients where we know that their travel plans are affected.

We continue to operate our core operational hours of 08:00 – 17:00 EST Monday - Friday.

You can call us toll free on (+1) 844.676.4653 or email [email protected], however please understand that due to the current situation we are experiencing higher than normal volumes of customer inquiries and therefore it may take us longer to come back to you.
