    Glasgow Group,golf organiser
We arrived and talked with reception at 0900.
We're told rooms would be ready before 1400.
We're then toldrooms would be ready at 1500, but at 1500 we were told it would be at least another 45 mins.
We eventually got into our rooms about 1700.
After complaining we were given some free wine at dinner.
Dinner main courses were very ordinary.

Mostly a very enjoyable golf trip
The golf was tough, and lynedoch course was closed to buggies on a day when we were supposed to be playing it and I need a buggy when playing, so we had to play the murrayshall longer course 2 days running which was hard work.
We ordered 2 mixed grills on one evening, the meat was cold and the chips red hot.......the food was sent back for heating up, and it still came out cold.....manager provided a bottle of wine the following day, but overall it wasn't expected at a hotel such as Murrayshall
