    London Don't normally review but...
Could not have asked for anything better than we experienced at the Hunter Lodges. Plus, I would mention that the service we received all over the complex was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Hove, East Sussex Fantastic lodge. Slow golf!
The lodge was fantastic with lovely views over the championship course. Some basic things were missing e.g kettle, washing up cloths, bottle opener which we had to phone to reception to bring. The plunge pool was very welcome after a day on the golf course. We ordered a hamper and some extra dishes for our first supper. Parts were missing from the order( they did compensate us when we settled the bill) and the food was plentiful but only average quality, wouldn't recommend this option. We ordered the shuttle bus to collect us for dinner in the clubhouse on our second night but it never arrived so we had to drive! Overall the lodge itself was 5 star. Service not great in restaurant.
