    Bath Relish good service
Got off to a bad start when they could not locate our reservation and we spent 45 minutes hanging around in reception while they sorted it out. They eventually admitted it was the fault of their reservation department (not Golfbreaks). They said a bottle of Presecco would be sent to our room by way of an apology. After an hour in the room the Prosecco had not arrived to we had to remind them - again, further apologies.

Next day we were going sightseeing but decided to visit the pro shop just to confirm our tee-time and course allocation for the following day. The professional told us there had been a bit of a mis-communication and we could not play the Deerpark Championship course as they had a competition runningthat day. We were not impressed as Golfbreaks had definitely booked this time on this course. However, we agreed to postpone our sightseeing and play that day instead.

The following day after our re-scheduled sightseeing we decided to play nine holes. We were however alarmed to learn that whereas 18 holes cost Euros 55 they charged us 40 Euros each for 9 holes and at 5:00pm. Somehow the maths seemed a bit illogical. I will say the Academy and practice facilities are excellent.

Large excellently run resort hotel where the staff were well motivated and enthusiastic. The food was plentiful , well-cooked and well presented. Storage for golf clubs by the front entrance making loading onto coaches for a group easy. Front of house reception very relaxed, swift and different and well-run by smiling duty managers. The Deerpark course played was in excellent condition. The clubhouse equally well-run with well-motivated staff and pro shop.
