Pinehurst No. 6 was designed by Tom Fazio and his uncle George in 1979. The course is situated about 10 minutes from the main clubhouse and the first five courses at Pinehurst Resort and features far greater elevation changes. To score well here, golfers will have to hit longer drives and be more aggressive with approach shots. There are 57 sand bunkers strategically placed around this par-72 7053-yard course while water comes into play on four holes. There are five sets of tee boxes to ensure golfers of all abilities can enjoy their round here.
