King & Bear Golf Course overview
Built in 2000, the King & Bear Golf Course at World Golf Village is the only layout in the world that has been co-designed by legendary golfers Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Located just south of Jacksonville in beautiful St. Augustine, FL, the King & Bear is a par-72 parkland style course that plays just over 7200 yards from the tips.
Five tee boxes, plus wide and forgiving fairways make the King & Bear playable to all golfers. Native pine and oak trees line the fairways and players will be forced to contend with water hazards throughout their round. Fast and firm greens are protected by well-placed bunkers that emphasize a player’s short game. A true Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus collaboration, the King & Bear has become one of the most popular options in the area.
