Streamsong Blue Course overview
The Tom Doak designed Streamsong Blue is located between the Red and Black courses. The layout is a wonder to look at, with several elevation changes, deep water ponds and expansive bunkers below towering dunes, atypical of Florida golf courses. Mining previously done on the 16,000-acre site has massively affected the landscape, creating the dunes and natural bunkering, something you will struggle to find anywhere else in the region.
The natural and rugged layout is quickly becoming one of the highest-rated in the state. Despite being in its infancy, this magnificent piece of property looks like a course destined to be ranked among the best in the world. Doak is known for using the natural lay of the land to define his courses, and this is most certainly the case for Streamsong Blue.
Signature Holes
The par-3 7th hole on Streamsong Blue is another spectacular short hole at Streamsong Resort. Played across a stretch of the strip mine river, you tee off from an elevated dune aiming to hit the green which is nestled inside a dune complex on the other side of the water – nothing short of spectacular!
